First uninstall Legacy Charting from the Control Panel and open the Programs and Features tool or the Add/Remove Programs tool (which one depends on the version of Windows), then highlight Legacy Charting 7 and remove it.
Next, please browse into the Legacy directory on your hard drive (by default C:\Legacy) and delete the LegacyCharting7 subfolder. Next download the update again, which will replace what you deleted. Please visit http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/DownloadUpdate.asp
