How to enter alternative names (AKA's)

How to Enter Alternative Names (AKA's):
1. To enter an alternative name open your file in Legacy and go to the person you want to add an alternative name to. In the family view click the AKA button illustrated in the following screenshot: 
2. Now in the following window click the add button to add a new alternative name: 
3. Now add the alternative given/ surnames and hit save: 
4. Now that you have added an alternative name you can swap the main current name with an alternative name by clicking the swap button at the bottom:
