Heritage Collector Suite is a product of LifeStory Productions. They will best be able to help you with questions regarding their program.
Their Support page is at http://www.heritagecollector.com/support/support.htm. According to that page, the easiest way to contact Heritage Collector support is to send us an e-mail using the following process:
- Open the Help Menu.
- Select Email Feedback.
- Type in a summary of what you were doing when the error occurred.
- An e-mail will be sent to us that also contains the software version you were using at the time.
- We try to respond within 48 hours.
