Legacy Charting - FTP Error When Ordering Chart

Solution 1: This may be a temporary Internet problem. Sometimes a Web site may go offline for a while. Try ordering the chart again later.
Solution 2: Your computer may not be connected to the Internet. Check that your computer is connected to the Internet before ordering a chart.
Solution 3: Windows Firewall or another firewall such as ZoneAlarm or McAfee Personal Firewall may be blocking Legacy Charting. Configure your firewall to allow Legacy Charting to connect to the internet.
Solution 4: Delete the Legacy Charting program and then run the Legacy update, which will replace the charting program:
- The Legacy Family Tree and Legacy Charting closed, browse into the Legacy directory on your hard drive (by default at C:\Legacy) and delete the LegacyCharting7 sub-folder.
- Visit http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/DownloadUpdate.asp and follow the prompts the screens show you.
- Sometimes people have problems trying to download the program because their Internet security software (firewall, antivirus program, popup blocker, anti-spyware program, etc.) is blocking it. To get around this, please temporarily disable your Internet security software during installation. Also the makers of many of these applications have instructions for adding programs like Legacy to an "allowed" list.
Legacy Charting recognizes the customer number for Legacy Family Tree 7.0 Deluxe and when you install it from the above website you will get the full version of Charting.
