Please use PDF995, which can be downloaded at http://www.pdf995.com/. This PDF driver will allow you to print your PDF chart as separate pages, rather than as a condensed chart on one page.

The free version of PDF995 will display a sponsor page in your web browser each time you run the software. If you would prefer not to see sponsor pages, you may upgrade by obtaining a key at any time by purchasing it.

Print a document from any application choosing the PDF995 printer from the printer dialog. Do NOT select "print to file." You will be prompted to enter the name of the PDF file you wish to create. The PDF will be automatically launched in Acrobat (pdfEdit995 may be used to configure this option). For help using PDF995, please visit http://www.pdf995.com/faq.html

When the PDF of your chart opens in Adobe Acrobat, select to print all pages. For questions about how to print from Adobe Acrobat, please contact support at http://helpx.adobe.com/reader.html.

TIP: In Legacy Charting, click on Appearance and experiment with the settings for Themes, Box Items and Sizing Options. The right combination of font sizes and spacing, etc. can change the size of your chart significantly. You can also use the “drag” buttons in the tool bar on the left side of the program to change the position of boxes so they don’t fall across page breaks when printing.
