The Export to Ancestry Online Family Tree option was moved in the current version of Legacy.  You can still do it, but you must add the Ancestry.com button to My Toolbar. See Does Legacy Sync with Ancestry? for the steps.  Once the button has been added, just click on My Toolbar > Ancestry.com > Upload to Ancestry Online Family Tree.

There is also another way to upload to Ancestry, but it is not as stream-lined:

1. Click on File > Export > GEDCOM File.  (Or press Ctrl-E)

2. Fort the type of GEDCOM file to produce select Ancestry Online Family Tree.

3. Check the boxes corresponding to the options and records you want to include in the file.

4. Click the Privacy button.

6. Select the privacy options you want to use when exporting.

7. Select any other options you want. When you have made all the desired settings, click Select File Name and START EXPORT.

8. From the Export GEDCOM File dialog box, select the desired folder, type in the name of the file you want and click Save.

9. Open your web browser and go to http://trees.ancestry.com/pt/uploadfile.aspx.
