Here are guides on how to clear your cache/cookies for Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome:
Firefox:
Click the three-line button at the top right and choose history from the drop down as shown in the below screenshot.
When you click the history option this will bring up a sub menu where you should see clear recent history... as shown below. Please click Clear recent history.
In the following pop up, set it to clear everything and hit OK as shown in the screenshot below.
Chrome:
Click the three-dot button at the top right, select history and click the history option in the following sub menu as depicted below.
In the following history screen click the Clear browsing data on the left side.
In the following pop up, set it to all time, check each option and click clear data as shown below.
Edge:
Click the three-dot button at the top right and select history as shown below.
In the history pop up, click the three-dot button and choose clear browsing history.
In the following pop up, set it to all time and clear all browsing history as shown below.
