Error 9 - Timelines

1. With Legacy closed, into the Legacy\Timelines folder on your hard drive.

LEGACY: Open your Documents folder and browse into the Legacy Family Tree\_AppData\Timelines sub-folder/

LEGACY 7.5 OR EARLIER: C:\Legacy7\Timelines

2. Next, delete the folder for the timelines in the language that's causing the problem and then reinstall Legacy.

3. Run the Legacy update:

LEGACY 7.5 OR EARLIER: http://support.legacyfamilytree.com/article/AA-00899 and download the final release (build) of your version. You may also wish to read "How to Install Legacy 7.5 or earlier on a Windows 8, Windows 7 or Windows Vista computer" at http://support.legacyfamilytree.com/article/AA-00897.

4. Try the Timeline again.
