Setup repeats when icon clicked

Please keep in mind that the downloaded setup file is called LegacyxSetup.exe (where X is the version number). Sometimes when downloading a person may save LegacyxSetup.exe to their Desktop and successfully install the program, but get the LegacyxSetup.exe icon and the program icon called Legacy Family Tree mixed up (the names look similar and the icons are identical).

If you wish to save the setup file, please save it to the Download folder on your hard drive to avoid confusion.

1.Please browse into the Legacy folder on your hard drive (normally at C:\Legacy), then delete the application files that have a red and blue Legacy icon. These will be Legacy.exe (sometimes just Legacy if the .exe extension is hidden) and LegacyxSetup.exe (sometimes just LegacyxSetup if the .exe extension is hidden).
2. Please download the free update. This will replace the application files that you deleted and fix the problem.
