The solution for error 3019 is close Legacy Family Tree and update it from the following link:
LEGACY 8: http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/DownloadUpdate.asp
LEGACY 7.5 OR EARLIER: http://support.legacyfamilytree.com/article/AA-00899 and download the final revision (build) of your version. You may also wish to read "How to Install Legacy 7.5 or earlier on a Windows 8, Windows 7 or Windows Vista computer" at http://support.legacyfamilytree.com/article/AA-00897.
If the above solution does not work:
1. Please click on Options on the menu bar and choose Customize.
2. In the Customize window, click the View tab and then select 'Use the Master Location List with the Mapping feature'.
3. Open the Master Source List and it will function without error 3019 or freezing.
4. At this point, if you select Show Map, you will need to close the Master Location List and reopen it for the map to actually appear.
