Run-time Error 20314: Medical Express capability is required to use this function
Legacy is probably trying to access a TIFF image. The Lead company has a "Medical" set of files for reading certain picture files. You can try converting your picture from TIFF to JPG or you can email us the Tiff picture and we will test it. Please send the file to Support@LegacyFamilyTree.com.
